I am a self proclaimed Disney Nerd. I come from a family of Disney Nerds. I am also a wife and mother to 3 young princesses. They are Disney Nerds in the making.
I grew up in Florida, 45 minutes from Disney World. My family had annual passes to Disney from the time I was in the 3rd grade right up until I was no longer a Florida resident at the age of 21. We went to Disney. A lot. I have literally been 100s of times. That is what we did for family vacations. Forget the beach, Disney is where we preferred to be. It never grew old. I miss being able to go all the time. It was such a large part of my childhood. It was like a second home. I love Disney.
Now, that I am no longer a Florida resident and we are not independently wealthy and my hus has a job and my kids have to go to school, we can't go as often as I would like. We have been a number of times as a family though. We try to go every 2 years or so. Even when we don't have plans for a stay at Disney, a trip to visit my parents who still live in Florida wouldn't be complete without a visit to the World. Believe it or not, there are cheapish and even free things you can do at Disney outside of the parks. Yes, I said "free" and "Disney" in the same sentence! If you'd like to know more, check back here often. I will be offering trip tips and all sorts of ideas to help you get the most of Disney. Plus, if you have a question about your next trip, you can ask me. I will get back to you ASAP.
Thanks for visiting! And may you have a magical day!! :)
